Each party retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables created for a client are transferred according to the applicable proposal or contract terms, subject to payment in full.

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
