Work done: Conducted a full keyword-to-page mapping audit, assigned unique keyword clusters to each of the 22 service pages, rewrote all H1 tags, title tags, meta descriptions and above-the-fold paragraphs, implemented a structured internal linking plan connecting related service pages and blog posts, and reorganised the heading structure on each page to reflect the specific service's sub-topics.

Challenge: A Melbourne plumbing company was ranking on pages 2 and 3 for 'plumber Melbourne' and related emergency plumbing queries. Their homepage had a keyword-stuffed H1, two paragraphs of generic content, and no structured heading hierarchy. Competitors outranking them had clear H1/H2/H3 structures and 600 to 800 words of relevant, structured content.
Work done: Rewrote the homepage H1 to the primary keyword only, restructured the heading hierarchy to cover the five main service categories, expanded the body content to 650 words covering the service types, locations served, and response time guarantees, optimised the title tag and meta description, and built 8 internal links from existing blog posts using anchor text variations of the target keyword cluster.
